The Ninth Bridge Patrol card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures or has a lot of token generation, as it can quickly grow in power with the +1/+1 counters. However, there are more powerful cards like Mentor of the Meek or Thalia's Lieutenant that provide better value in terms of card draw or overall board impact. While Ninth Bridge Patrol may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in casual or budget decks that can take advantage of its ability.
