Mogg Flunkies would be best suited for a deck that focuses on swarm tactics, utilizing multiple creatures to overwhelm the opponent. While the restriction of not being able to attack or block alone can be a drawback, it can be mitigated by pairing it with other low-cost creatures to ensure it always has a buddy. However, there are better options available, such as Goblin Piledriver, which provides more versatility and power in a goblin-themed deck. Ultimately, Mogg Flunkies may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations, but it could still find a home in casual or themed decks.
