This card, Inordinate Rage, would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck looking to boost the power and toughness of its creatures for a quick finish, while also gaining a bit of card selection with the scry ability. However, there are better options like Brute Force or Titan's Strength which offer similar effects for a lower cost, making Inordinate Rage less likely to see play in competitive decks.
