A deck that focuses on ramping up mana production would benefit most from Heartbeat of Spring, as it allows for even more mana acceleration when tapping lands. However, it can also benefit opponents, so it's a risky card to play. A better alternative might be Mana Flare, which provides the same effect but without benefiting opponents directly. Whether Heartbeat of Spring should see play depends on the strategy of the deck and how well it can capitalize on the extra mana generation without being hindered by opponents benefiting as well.

Heartbeat of Spring doesn’t care about any restrictions or riders your lands put on the mana they produce, such as those of Unclaimed Territory and Cavern of Souls. It just produces one mana of the appropriate type, with no restrictions or riders.
