About Ghostfire
Ghostfire, Instant, designed by Cyril Van Der Haegen first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
Ghostfire can be a versatile inclusion in a red deck that aims to have a mix of colorless and colored spells. It can be useful in situations where color requirements are strict, or when facing opponents with protection from a specific color. While Ghostfire's flexibility is valuable, there are arguably better cards like Lightning Bolt or Rift Bolt that offer similar damage output at a lower cost, making them more efficient choices in most scenarios. Overall, Ghostfire could see situational play in certain deck archetypes, but may not be a staple in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
