Frenzy Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Glen Angus first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck based around sliver tribal synergies would benefit from including Frenzy Sliver, as it can strengthen the overall attacking power of the sliver creatures in the deck. While Frenzy Sliver is a solid addition to a sliver deck, there are potentially better cards to consider, such as Predatory Sliver or Sinew Sliver, which provide permanent stat boosts to all sliver creatures. Whether Frenzy Sliver should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could be a valuable inclusion in the right context.

If the creature type of a Sliver changes so it’s no longer a Sliver, it will no longer be affected by its own ability. Its ability will continue to affect other Sliver creatures.

An ability that triggers when something “attacks and isn’t blocked” triggers in the declare blockers step after blockers are declared if (1) that creature is attacking and (2) no creatures are declared to block it. It will trigger even if that creature was put onto the battlefield attacking rather than having been declared as an attacker in the declare attackers step.
