This card, Frantic Inventory, would benefit a deck that focuses on self-mill strategies or has ways to fill its graveyard quickly. Decks that can consistently get multiple copies of Frantic Inventory into the graveyard will benefit the most from its card draw effect. However, there are arguably better cards for similar effects such as [[Chemister's Insight]] which provides card draw and can be played at instant speed. Whether Frantic Inventory sees play would depend on the specific deck and its strategy, but it could be a valuable addition in the right build.
