Forum Filibuster would fit best in a white‑based midrange or Orzhov (white/black) Auras or Equipment deck, especially one that can consistently stock the graveyard with powerful Auras or Equipment and leverage repeatable token generation. Because it creates a 2/1 flying Inkling every upkeep and can immediately reattach an Aura or Equipment from the graveyard, it works well with sacrifice-based Aura strategies, self-mill, or cards like Ethereal Armor, All That Glitters, or powerful Equipment such as Sword of X and Y in slower formats; it also has strong synergy in Commander, particularly in Aura/Voltron shells that value recursion.
