About Fog

Fog, Instant, designed by Jesper Myrfors first released in May, 2020 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 29 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Commander and Brawl.

Fog is a valuable card for a control deck looking to stall the game and prevent combat damage, especially against aggressive creature-based strategies. While Fog is a classic choice for this purpose, some decks may prefer more versatile options like Settle the Wreckage or Supreme Verdict, which can also deal with creature threats more permanently. Fog can be a solid inclusion in sideboards for certain matchups but may not always be a main deck staple depending on the metagame.
