Flight of Fancy, Enchantment — aura, designed by Glen Angus first released in Oct, 2005 in the set Ravnica: City of Guilds and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
A blue control deck focused on card advantage and evasion would benefit from including Flight of Fancy, as it provides both card draw and flying to a creature. While Flight of Fancy is a solid card for its cost, there are potentially better options like Aqueous Form or Curious Obsession that offer similar effects with additional benefits. However, Flight of Fancy could still see play in certain decks looking to enhance their creatures' abilities and draw cards simultaneously.

If the target creature is an illegal target by the time Flight of Fancy tries to resolve, the Aura spell doesn’t resolve. It won’t enter the battlefield, so its enters-the-battlefield ability won’t trigger.
