A graveyard-focused deck, such as a reanimator or graveyard recursion deck, would benefit from including Crypt Creeper as it provides targeted graveyard hate and disruption. However, there are more versatile cards like Tormod's Crypt or Relic of Progenitus that offer broader graveyard hate options, making them potentially better choices depending on the specific strategy of the deck. Crypt Creeper could still see play in sideboards or specific metagames where targeted graveyard removal is crucial.
