A deck that focuses on controlling the board and utilizing flying creatures would benefit from including Cloud Dragon. However, there are better options available, such as Stormbreath Dragon or Glorybringer, which offer more versatile abilities and impact on the game. Cloud Dragon may struggle to see play in competitive settings due to its limited blocking capability, but could still be fun to include in casual or themed decks.
