A deck focused on ramp and mana fixing, such as a five-color deck in commander, would benefit from including Human: A Realm Reborn due to its ability to generate any color of mana from other permanents. However, there are more efficient mana ramp cards like Chromatic Lantern or Joiner Adept that provide similar benefits with lower costs or additional abilities, making them better choices in most cases. Human: A Realm Reborn could be considered for inclusion in a specialized deck looking for redundancy and additional color fixing, but may not see play in more optimized builds.
