The Waylay card would be beneficial in a white weenie or token-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a quick and temporary board presence. While it can be a useful tool for aggressive strategies, there are other cards like Raise the Alarm or Secure the Wastes that offer more flexibility and lasting impact.
