Vigilante Justice, Enchantment, designed by Steve Prescott first released in May, 2012 in the set Avacyn Restored and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
A deck focused on Human tribal synergy, such as a Boros aggro or midrange deck, would benefit from including Vigilante Justice as it provides consistent damage output whenever a Human enters the battlefield. However, there are potentially better cards like Impact Tremors or Purphoros, God of the Forge that offer similar effects with more impactful damage potential. While Vigilante Justice may not be a top-tier card, it could still see play in a casual or budget Human tribal deck for its thematic and synergistic value.
