This card would benefit Dragon tribal decks in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides mana fixing and can enter untapped if a Dragon card is revealed or if a Dragon is already on the battlefield. While Temple of the Dragon Queen is a flavorful addition to such decks, there are arguably better lands available for competitive play, such as dual lands or fetch lands, that offer more flexibility and consistency in mana fixing. However, for casual Dragon-themed decks, Temple of the Dragon Queen could be a fun and thematic inclusion.
