A control-oriented deck with a focus on disrupting the opponent's plays would benefit from using Solemn Scolding in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. While Solemn Scolding can be a powerful tool for shutting down summoning and card activation, a card like Solemn Judgment might be considered better due to its flexibility in negating any kind of card at the cost of half your LP. Solemn Scolding could see play as a situational tech choice in certain deck builds where LP cost is less of a concern compared to maintaining board control.
