Rise Again can be a valuable addition to a black-based reanimator deck that focuses on bringing powerful creatures back from the graveyard to the battlefield. While it has a relatively high mana cost, its ability to return a creature card directly to the battlefield can be game-changing. However, there are more efficient reanimation spells like Reanimate or Animate Dead that are more commonly used in competitive decks due to their lower mana cost and immediate effect, making Rise Again less likely to see play in highly optimized decks.
