The Ravenloft Adventurer card would be a great fit for a black-based control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's board and leveraging their own creatures against them. While the card's ability to exile opponent's creatures and drain life based on hit counters is powerful, it may be outshined by more efficient removal options like Murderous Rider or Brazen Borrower in competitive play due to their versatility and immediate impact on the board. However, in a dungeon-themed deck or a casual setting, Ravenloft Adventurer could definitely see play for its unique and flavorful abilities.
