This card would be a great fit for a red aggressive deck looking to swarm the board with fast, powerful creatures. While Rakka Mar is a strong card for this strategy, there may be better options like Goblin Rabblemaster or Krenko, Mob Boss that offer more consistent token generation or synergies with other cards in the deck. However, Rakka Mar could still see play in decks focused on speed and aggression.
