Rain of Salt, Sorcery, designed by Charles Gillespie first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Rain of Salt, would be beneficial in a red deck that focuses on land destruction as a win condition or disrupting the opponent's mana base. However, there are better alternatives like Stone Rain or Molten Rain that have a lower mana cost and can target a single land for more efficient removal. Rain of Salt may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its high cost and limited flexibility compared to other land destruction options available.

You must target two different lands. You can’t choose to target just one.
