Pillar of the Paruns, Land, designed by Dany Orizio first released in May, 2006 in the set Dissension and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
A deck that focuses on casting multicolored spells, such as a deck built around the Ravnica guilds or a control deck with a variety of colors, would benefit from using Pillar of the Paruns. While it can provide flexibility in mana fixing for multicolored spells, there are potentially better options like the Shock lands or fetch lands that offer more versatility. Pillar of the Paruns may see play in niche decks that heavily rely on multicolored spells, but its utility may be limited compared to other land options in most competitive scenarios.
