Penumbra Wurm, Creature — wurm, designed by Jeff Easley first released in Jun, 2001 in the set Apocalypse and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Penumbra Wurm would be a great addition to a green ramp deck that aims to generate lots of mana quickly and play big creatures. Its ability to create a 6/6 black Wurm token upon dying provides excellent value and board presence. While there may be more powerful options in terms of efficiency or immediate impact, such as Craterhoof Behemoth for a game-ending effect, Penumbra Wurm can still be a solid choice for midrange strategies looking to go wide with big threats and maintain board presence.
