Oath of Ghouls, Enchantment, designed by Brom first released in May, 2020 in the set Exodus.
A deck focused on graveyard recursion and control would benefit from Oath of Ghouls, as it allows for strategic manipulation of creature cards in graveyards. However, there are more efficient cards like Animate Dead or Reanimate that directly bring creatures back to the battlefield, making Oath of Ghouls less optimal in competitive play but potentially fun in casual decks that enjoy graveyard interactions.
