Moaning Spirit, Creature — spirit, designed by Rebecca Guay first released in Jun, 1998 in the set Portal Second Age.
The Moaning Spirit card would be beneficial in a black-based control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's strategy and maintaining board control. Its flying ability gives it evasion, making it a threat in the air. While this card may have its uses in certain situations, there are likely better options available in the current card pool for a similar cost and function, such as Vampire Nighthawk or Nightveil Specter. Overall, Moaning Spirit may not see much play in competitive decks, but could still be a fun addition to more casual or themed decks.
