Hurkyl's Recall, Instant, designed by NéNé Thomas first released in Mar, 1994 in the set Antiquities and was printed exactly in 10 different ways. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck that focuses on disrupting an opponent's artifacts or relies heavily on artifacts itself would benefit from including Hurkyl's Recall. However, there are better options available such as Echoing Truth or Rebuild, which offer more versatile and impactful effects. Hurkyl's Recall may still see play in specific metagames where artifact-heavy strategies are prevalent, but overall it may not be the most optimal choice for most decks.
