Hanweir Battlements, Land, designed by Vincent Proce first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon Promos and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and creature-based tactics would benefit from using Hanweir Battlements, as it provides mana acceleration and the ability to give creatures haste. The potential to meld it with Hanweir Garrison into a powerful creature like Hanweir, the Writhing Township adds a unique and powerful win condition to the deck. However, in more competitive settings, there may be better land cards or strategies that could offer more consistent and impactful advantages, making Hanweir Battlements less optimal in certain metagames.

If another ability of a source you control triggers when attackers are declared, such as that of Hamlet Captain, you may have it resolve before or after that of Hanweir, the Writhing Township. If that ability has targets, it won’t be able to target the tokens.

You choose which opponent or planeswalker controlled by an opponent each token is attacking as it enters the battlefield. It doesn’t have to be the same opponent or planeswalker that the trigger’s source is attacking, and the tokens don’t both have to attack the same player or planeswalker.
