This card, Goblin Artillery, would benefit a deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and direct damage. It could be useful in a red deck that aims to quickly reduce the opponent's life total by dealing damage directly to them or to their creatures. However, there are better options available like Lightning Bolt or Skewer the Critics, which provide similar direct damage without the drawback of damaging yourself. Overall, Goblin Artillery may not see much play in competitive decks due to its self-damage effect and the availability of more efficient alternatives.
