About Dosan the Falling Leaf

Dosan the Falling Leaf, Legendary creature — human monk, designed by Mark Zug first released in Oct, 2004 in the set Champions of Kamigawa.

A deck that focuses on control and disrupting opponents' strategies would benefit from using Dosan the Falling Leaf, as it restricts the timing of spellcasting to only the player's turn, limiting the opponent's ability to react. While Dosan can be effective in certain situations, there are better cards like Grand Abolisher that provide a similar effect with additional protections, making Dosan less commonly seen in competitive play.

Rules

12/01/04

Dosan’s ability only stops players from casting spells. It doesn’t stop activated or triggered abilities.
