Command the Storm, Instant, designed by Jason Rainville first released in Oct, 2018 in the set Guilds of Ravnica.
Command the Storm would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to quickly eliminate threats on the board. However, for a more efficient removal option, Lightning Bolt would be a better choice as it costs less to cast and deals the same amount of damage. While Command the Storm could see situational play in limited formats, it may not be a top choice for constructed formats where more powerful removal options are available.
