Burn Bright would be beneficial in an aggressive red deck that focuses on quickly overwhelming the opponent with a swarm of creatures. However, there are better options for similar effects, such as [[Trumpet Blast]] which gives +2/+0 to all attacking creatures, making it more versatile and impactful. Burn Bright could still see play in a budget deck or as a budget replacement for more powerful cards.
