Blizzard would benefit a snow-themed control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it requires a snow land to be played and can effectively lock down flying creatures. However, there are better options like Moat which completely prevents creatures with flying from attacking, making it a more powerful choice for control strategies. While Blizzard could see situational play in specific snow-themed decks, overall, there are more impactful cards available for similar effects.
