A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a black sacrifice or aristocrats deck, would benefit from using Black Market as it can generate a significant amount of mana over time. However, there are better cards like Phyrexian Altar or Ashnod's Altar that provide immediate mana generation and can be more versatile in their use. Black Market could see play in more casual or budget decks, but competitive decks may opt for more efficient options.
