Awaken the Sky Tyrant, Enchantment, designed by Adam Paquette first released in May, 2020 in the set Commander 2015 and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that aims to pressure the opponent quickly and doesn't mind sacrificing the enchantment for a powerful 5/5 flying Dragon token. However, there are better options like Embercleave or Torbran, Thane of Red Fell that provide more immediate impact or consistent value, so Awaken the Sky Tyrant might not see much play in competitive decks unless in a specific Dragon tribal build for thematic reasons.

If Awaken the Sky Tyrant isn’t on the battlefield as its ability resolves, you can’t sacrifice it. You won’t get the Dragon in that case.
