About Artistic Refusal

Artistic Refusal, Instant, designed by Olivier Bernard first released in Mar, 2023 in the set March of the Machine.

Artistic Refusal would be a valuable addition to a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it offers versatility in being able to either counter a spell or provide card advantage. However, in a competitive setting, it may be overshadowed by more efficient options like Cryptic Command, which offers similar flexibility with additional modes. While Artistic Refusal may not see widespread play in top-tier decks, it could still find a home in casual or budget builds looking for a flexible and fun card to include.
