Arcbound Overseer, Artifact creature — golem, designed by Carl Critchlow first released in May, 2020 in the set Darksteel and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card would be beneficial in a modular artifact deck that focuses on synergies with +1/+1 counters and sacrificing creatures for value. While Arcbound Overseer's ability to distribute +1/+1 counters is powerful, it may be outclassed by Arcbound Ravager in terms of versatility and impact on the board. However, Arcbound Overseer could still see play in decks looking to maximize the modular mechanic and capitalize on the potential for explosive creature growth.

If this creature gets enough -1/-1 counters put on it to cause its toughness to be 0 or less (or the damage marked on it to be lethal), modular will put a number of +1/+1 counters on the target artifact creature equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on this creature before it left the battlefield.
