A deck centered around Sliver tribal synergy would greatly benefit from including Winged Sliver, as it provides all Sliver creatures with flying, enhancing their offensive capabilities and making them harder to block. While Winged Sliver is a solid inclusion in such a deck, there are potentially better options like Galerider Sliver, which not only grants flying but also has the added bonus of being a Sliver itself, contributing to the tribal synergy. However, depending on the specific strategy and composition of the deck, Winged Sliver could still be a valuable addition and should definitely see play in the right context.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
