Toxin Sliver would benefit a Sliver tribal deck by providing efficient removal for opponents' creatures. While Toxin Sliver is a strong inclusion, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, like Crystalline Sliver for protection or Sliver Legion for a power boost. Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
