A red aggressive dragon tribal deck would benefit from including Stormscale Scion as it provides a powerful flying threat and boosts other dragons. However, similar cards like Thunderbreak Regent or Glorybringer might be better options for the mana cost, impact, and immediate board presence they offer. Stormscale Scion could still see play in a more spell-heavy deck that can take advantage of the Storm mechanic to create multiple token copies for overwhelming board presence in a single turn.
