This card, Song of Totentanz, would benefit a red-black aggro deck looking to swarm the board with creatures and close out the game quickly. While it provides a burst of creatures and haste, the downside of the Rats not being able to block can be a drawback. In comparison, cards like Hordeling Outburst or Dragon Fodder might be more efficient in terms of mana cost and board presence, making Song of Totentanz less likely to see play in competitive decks.
