About Revive
Revive, Sorcery, designed by Matthew D. Wilson first released in Oct, 1999 in the set Mercadian Masques and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
Revive would be beneficial in a green-based deck that heavily relies on graveyard recursion and card advantage. Decks that focus on playing big creatures or powerful green spells that end up in the graveyard could benefit from Revive's ability to bring back key cards to the hand. However, there are potentially better options such as Regrowth or Eternal Witness, which offer more flexibility in the types of cards they can return. Whether Revive should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, as well as the overall power level of the format it is being played in.
