Rally for the Throne, Instant, designed by James Paick first released in Sep, 2019 in the set Throne of Eldraine.
A deck focused on white weenies or token generation would benefit from Rally for the Throne, as it provides immediate board presence and life gain potential with the Adamant ability. While there may be more powerful token generators in the Magic: the Gathering universe, such as Raise the Alarm or Lingering Souls, Rally for the Throne could still see play in decks looking for additional token generation and life gain synergy.

If an effect allows you to cast a spell without paying its mana cost, you can’t choose to cast it and pay unless another rule or effect allows you to cast that spell for a cost. Similarly, you can’t waive a cost reduction unless that effect says you may.
