Decks that rely heavily on black mana for powerful spells or creatures, such as mono-black control or reanimator decks, could find Peat Bog useful for its ability to produce double black mana. However, there are better options available, such as Cabal Coffers, which can generate a significant amount of black mana consistently without the downside of depletion counters. Overall, while Peat Bog could see situational play in certain decks, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to other mana ramp options.
