This Neurok Spy card would be a great addition to a deck that focuses on artifacts, such as an artifact-heavy blue deck in Magic: the Gathering. It can be particularly effective in decks that aim to quickly deal damage to the opponent by leveraging the unblockable ability of the Neurok Spy. However, there are indeed better cards with similar effects, such as Invisible Stalker, which has hexproof in addition to being unblockable, making it a more resilient choice for this type of strategy. Whether Neurok Spy should see play would depend on the specific deck strategy and card pool available, but it can certainly be a strong and fun inclusion in the right context.
