This card could be a fun addition to a control deck that focuses on stealing and controlling opponent's creatures. While Mouth to Mouth offers a unique and entertaining gameplay experience, there are more efficient cards like Control Magic or Treachery that provide similar effects without the randomness of a breath-holding contest. However, for a casual or theme deck, Mouth to Mouth could definitely see play for its novelty and humor value.
