This Mist Dancer card would be a great addition to a Merfolk tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a blue-based control strategy. Its ability to boost other Merfolk creatures and give them flying can be very powerful in a tribal synergy deck. The Encore ability also provides a strong finisher in the late game. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Mist Dancer's combination of flying, tribal synergy, and Encore ability make it a strong contender for inclusion in a Merfolk deck, especially in formats where tribal synergies are key.
