Madame Vastra would fit well in a Simic midrange deck focused on generating value through token creation and card advantage. While her ability to create Clue and Food tokens can provide incremental advantage, her requirement to be blocked if able may make her susceptible to removal. There may be better options for a similar mana cost that offer more immediate impact or protection, such as Tolsimir, Friend to Wolves or Thragtusk, but Madame Vastra could still see play in a deck looking to grind out value over time.
