Jester's Mask, Artifact, designed by Dan Frazier first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand and controlling their resources would benefit from using Jester's Mask, as it can disrupt their game plan by forcing them to shuffle their hand back into their library. However, there are better options available such as Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek, which provide more immediate and targeted hand disruption. Jester's Mask may not see much play in competitive decks due to its higher cost and slower effect compared to other hand disruption cards.
