This card would benefit a Commander deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and card advantage, particularly in a red-heavy deck. While Jeska's Will offers flexibility and potential for explosive turns, there are arguably better cards like Wheel of Fortune or Reforge the Soul for card draw and Seething Song or Desperate Ritual for ramp in red decks.
