Ironclaw Buzzardiers, Creature — orc scout, designed by Carl Critchlow first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral.
This card would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to apply pressure early in the game. However, its limitation of not being able to block creatures with power 2 or greater can be a drawback in certain matchups. A better alternative could be Goblin Guide, which has haste and provides card advantage by revealing the top card of the opponent's library. Depending on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, Ironclaw Buzzardiers may or may not see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering formats.

“Can’t block” abilities apply only as blockers are declared. After Ironclaw Buzzardiers blocks, increasing the blocked creature’s power won’t make it become unblocked.
